ATT Hub and Internet Outage

After 5-6 work orders later and having been told the problem is at the Hub for me and apparently 26 other houses why can’t someone fix it. I work from home at a bank, about to loose my job due to all the hangouts caused by the internet crashing and a MONTH later I’m told there’s no time frame to when this will get fixed. I’m paying a bill for a product I can’t use!! I need to speak to Someone-Anyone who can give me an exact date that this will be fixed.
