AT&T fiber junction box requires displacement

Hi Team,

I bought a home in 2021 and noticed an AT&T fiber junction box in my front yard. For some reason, the box appears to have been damaged and no one took care of it till now. Also, the box seems to have been displaced from its original position and causing danger to my kids whenever they play around my front yard.
