AT&T Fiber connection slowing down every night
So, I've had AT&T Fiber at my house for over 4 years now and it's been the best internet provider I've ever had, up until the past month or so. In the past month I can watch the speeds from my router (Amplifi Alien) to the ISP start dropping (Sub 100 Mbps) around 8 pm and the pings rise (~100ms) during that time too. I only noticed this speed issue because all my streaming services started to drop quality or completely stop for a few seconds to re-buffer. Usually it lasts about an hour to 2 hours (8-10 pm usually) and then slowly starts to ramp back up.
We've had our neighborhood grow quite a bit recently so I'm wondering if a larger number of people has something to do with it, but I've asked anecdotal questions of some neighbors and they've been seeing some of the same issues lately too.
I'm happy to run any tests and provide any data, just hoping to find the right outlet to get this addressed as the AT&T Support numbers don't really provide the right people to talk with for something like this. Thanks!

Here's some of the data from yesterday, all being routed through my 3rd party router and not just the fiber gateway. I'll try that another night when it's not as disruptive. Looks like the slowdown starts earlier than expected, but hits the area where it's noticeable in streaming in the 8 o'clock time frame.
EDIT: This is running on an Ethernet wired desktop so no wifi related issues should be present. Also, I checked the gateway speed test from ATT at about 7:43 last night and it was rock solid at 916 Down, 902 Up. Went ahead and added a screenshot of the upload speed from that same time period last night as well.

I am in Richardson, TX area and facing very slow speed with 1Gbps internet at night specially 12:30am to 1:30am. I am also using the desktop computer with wired connection. Please advise how to get this fixed. The speed test show full speed but you can see any website taking forever to load. Even I can't login to my ATT account online.

@ATTHelp I see this as well, similar to what ppnmgo said above -"The speed test show full speed but you can see any website taking forever to load. Even I can't login to my ATT account online. " - happens around 8:45 or 9pm every night.

I recently switched from a cable provider to AT&T fiber, symmetric 1Gb service and I also experience the same issue. It did not happen before but it definitely does now. I can't watch any streaming services in the evenings without quite a few big drops in resolution and some pauses. This is an AT&T issue that needs to be addressed.

Im having high ping issues as well, starts around 7pm est -ish for me for the past couple of weeks. Never had this issue before. Got off the phone with att tech support and it was no help, I dont think the lady knew what "ping" or "latency" was.
I was doing a mtr when it was happening last night and this is what i got
12.255.10.130 was giving me 136ms ping, which i believe is an ATT ip address in chicago? I was trying to connect to a game server in GA for valorant.

Your traceroute is in AT&T's network until the hop that begins 108.170.249.2; that node belongs to Google, as does 142.250.214.117, etc. Note that the Worst case ping time for hops 11 through 15 are 63 or less, which means all of the nodes in front of them are passing traffic at a rate capable of supporting 63 (or less) ms latency, so the single "worst case" time on hops 9 and 10 are meaningless.
I'm assuming this is a plot to google.com; are you having issues with Google, or with other resources? Can you get a plot to those?

Im experience lag in game (mainly valorant) they gave me a IP address to traceroute when im experiencing high latency in game, but when i traceroute while im experiencing high latency the traceroute shows no issues. Not sure if its even the right IP address. Here are the results anyways (in game im getting 200-400ms)
