ATT fiber box - lack of internet

I wrote a post yesterday about how a technician disconnected my internet while working on installing someone else’s. Well today as I was taking the dog out I notice the community “five box” was half propped open with wire protruding everywhere. It looked like a 3 year old installed whatever is going on in there. Not to mention the shipped wires that were lying all over the ground. Att techs clearly just do not care about their job enough to clean up and ensure they didn’t interrupt someone else’s service with their lousy work. I’ve had enough unrelated connection issues I’ve the years, this might be the last straw to make me switch providers. I’m still without internet for another 2 days.
