AT&T Electrical transformer boxes?

Could anyone please confirm if these gray "boxes" on the pictures, (located behind an AT&T building in downtown Des Plaines, IL) are in fact electrical transormer boxes? I am considering moving into a building that is 50 meters away and I am concerned about the proximity in terms of EMF exposure.
