AT&T Contractor Installed Fiber Optic Internet & Cable TV Service Junction Box In Front of My House
An AT&T Contractor installed a fiber optic internet and cable TV service junction box in the ground in front of my house for all houses on the street.
The AT&T Contractor did an extremely sloppy job, leaving part of the box exposed, not filling in the sides with dirt.
It is constantly run over by the US Postal Service delivery vehicles and with dirt missing, is also a danger to children.
I am not an AT&T customer and at this point, I do not want AT&T service.
I have pointed out the box to two different AT&T employees months ago, who both assured me it would be handled, but obviously both lied to me.
At one point, the top lid didn't even have bolts holding it down and it floated off with the rain.
I have photos with and without the lid and I would to happy to share.
