Aggressive bend in fiber line
So I went to install the panel that the tech had to remove in my closet to get to connect the fiber and ethernet cable to the converter. While I was there I noticed that the fiber line is not only aggressively bent in two places, but there is a slice through the insulation of the fiber optic line. I am concerned that it will become more of a problem in the future. I went through a fiber optic repair certification course in the past and what I see would not fly, but I have no way of testing the line to see if it is effected. I know that my speed tests both hard wired and through wifi have usually been around 400 mbps up and down. only a few times have I had my laptop connected with ethernet come close.

We are here to help, @deebertron.
Have you run a speed test to the gateway to make sure that the speeds you're receiving at the router are the speeds in your package?
We recommend that you use our Smart Home Manager App. You can run a speed test, check health diagnostics and check Wi-Fi information.
Let us know if this helps.
