Why am I paying $60 for fiber 300 when online is $35?
My plan on my account shows as Fiber 300, I received an ad in the mailbox that shows 3 different options of fiber plans. Fiber 300 for $35, fiber 500 for $45, and fiber 1 gig for $60.
I went to check what plan I have and it shows I do have the fiber 300 but I have been paying $60.32 for over 2 years.

You have an older account... what did you pay for the first 12 months?
Are you charged the gateway equipment fee or is it included in your $60 per month?
Looking at current promos....
$35 includes $5 off signing up for paperless billing AND AUTOPAY... without these the cost is $40.
Does not include the gateway fee of $10 making the promo $50.
After 12 months the discount ends and pricing increases $20 per month bringing the retail price of internet 300 to $70 per month... more than you are paying.
Thus the current retail pricing without Paperless Billing or AutoPay including the gateway fee (fees not included in promo pricing) is...
Fiber 300 $70, Fiber 500 $$80, Fiber 1000 $95

Advertised price is for the 1st 12 months. So intro pricing just like any other company. Also fine print will show that you have to add in the equipment cost.
After the first year, they will be paying just like you.
