Visa Reward Scam

Sadly, looking at the forum section it seems I'm not alone in this. I signed up with Internet Unlimited Premium back in April when the offer was up to $200 for brand new customers or up to $300 for current wireless customers which I met as a wireless customer for years.

First, I was told to check the rewards website after getting the service up and running. I reached out and was advised the service had to be in place for 6 weeks for the rewards to kick in and have been checking since the 6th week mark and nothing. Currently waiting on an agent to join chat on the Rewards Center for maybe 20 minutes. The offer seems to be nothing more than a bait.

Are you a post paid cellular customer and did you complete your order online?

I always get my rewards. I just got one for an install last month. The reward card was delivered this month after I claimed the reward on the Reward site.

Dave, I was told by At&t themselves to got to the reward center, it will not return any rewards. They then told me that the Internet Service would need to be active 6 months, still doesn't show and the agent at the Reward Center just told me I don't qualify as they don't see any notes of a reward on my account, mind you there has been some shape or form of the Visa gift card offer in place since my service went live back on the last week of April.

The key questions again are did your order online directly and do you have a post paid cellular account? 

That reward offer you mentioned from last quarter had specific requirements.

They then told me that the Internet Service would need to be active 6 months, still doesn't show and the agent at the Reward Center just told me I don't qualify as they don't see any notes of a reward on my account,

No you don't have to have Internet service for 6 months. The offer you mentioned was 30-45 days of active service when you claimed the reward on the Reward Site.

The only way "note" could be on your account would be if your ordered by calling AT&T and ordering with a phone rep. The online order system is automatic.

There is more to your specific situation.
