useless customer service
I called AT&T to inquire about the $200 rewards card that was promised to me at the time of internet sign up. I was promised $300 total rewards card out of which only $100 has been sent and I had to call multiple times to inquire about when I will get the remaining $200 which in itself is a poor customer experience given that I had to call to inquire about a deal that was promised to me and never fulfilled.
Furthermore, even after calling AT&T keeps fingerpointing among its departments blaming customer care should have done and what rewards center should do, in the process completely destroying the experience for the customer. I had decided few years ago that I will never come to AT&T and i feel like i made a mistake now.
