Unable to use HBO max

Hi, I have an AT&T Internet 1000 service that says HBO Max Included. However, when I try to use my AT&T credentials to sign in on HBOmax, it says it cannot verify my subscription. So do I have it or not? Thanks.

Happy to help you sign in to HBO Max, Gimdornim.

Try the following troubleshooting options from our article on How to stream HBO Max:

If you're still getting the error message, let us know if you recently upgraded to Internet 1000, or moved your service to a new address. We're asking because

if you upgrade or change your AT&T Internet plan, or if you move to a new address, you will lose HBO Max.

We'll be awaiting your response.

I tried the links you provided but they just linked me to the overview page. I recently moved into an apartment with existing AT&T equipment and a community plan. When I select My internet service on the overview page, I can see an item that says

DIRECTV STREAM Internet Bundle Pricing

So it appears that I should be able to use HBO Max?

Thanks for the additional information, Gimdornim.

We're going to have to take a look at your account, so we can try to pinpoint the exact reason you're unable to sign in.

We'll be sending you a Direct Message to get started. Look for the chat icon next to the bell icon in the upper right corner of the page.

Talk to you soon.

Ever get this sorted? I am having the same issue and neither ATT nor HBO can figure this out.

It looks like I have the same problem.

https://forums.att.com/conversations/att-fiber-account/cannot-activate-hbomax-even-though-it-is-included-with-my-internet-1000/630401be4a366c200e4e72ce

I think the problem is that HBOmax marks your subscription as expired, so the account still exists and AT&T cannot create a new account when you try to activate.
Someone probably needs to reset a flag in one of the systems.
