Unable to set up a downtime schedule
I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the smarthomemanager app. I do not have the option to turn on a downtime schedule. There is no "toggle on/off button" as described in the intro video. I do have the option to set up content filters. How do I get the option to turn on downtime?

I've never seen the option to set up a content filter, all I see on a profile is the ability to set the schedule and to add devices to the profile.

Understood. I probably need to engage with an employee or someone who has the same plan as me. The intro video that plays when you sign up for the additional parental control service shows that the downtime option should have a toggle on/off button. All I have is the option to filter content or specific websites. But thanks anyway. If you know how I can submit a ticket to technical support, I would love to have that info.

1) Just to confirm, you are setting up a profile?
2) Have you tried using the web app instead of the Phone app? ( https://www.att.com/support/internet/home/connected-devices )
