Sub email accounts, Not!
When trying to create a sub-account, I get this every time (this is my 3rd day with AT&T:
We apologize for the inconvenience but we are unable to process your request at this time because of system maintenance.
Spoke to a support person, told me to just go to att.com/esupport and wait, she escalated the issue.

We are hear to help with your Email trouble creating sub accounts. Here is the direct article to Create and Manage Subaccounts. You can also use our main Email troubleshooting tool.
Note: If you created a free AT&T email account after June 12, 2011, and you're not an AT&T Internet or DSL customer, you can't create subaccounts.
