Status of outage in 35124 area

First of all … this is NOT ABOUT AT&T FIBER …. But those are the only choices under “topic”. I’m a former AT&T employee of 48 years and recently surplused 3 weeks ago. I now know how our customers feel trying to get information! It’s like being on a merry-go-round trying to get help from a LIVE PERSON… and not being able to get off! My internet and Uverse went out yesterday at 9:30 AM. Reported it thru virtual means after 30 minutes. Finally got a text message saying there was an outage and service should be restored by 10:00 PM LAST NIGHT! It’s now after Noon on SATURDAY … I have not received an update and it’s COLLEGE GAME DAY!! Very irritated former employee just trying to find updates!

Power cycle your device and reset your Network settings by going to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings to refresh your connection.

 

Currently, we do not have a tool to report for any outages. We recommend signing in to our Troubleshoot And Resolve Tool > Fix An Issue > Connection > Phone Calls/ Messaging which will run tests and determine the best solution to help fix any service concerns.
