So this was a total scam
I only received one rewards email and it was for a termination fee refund. I've now had service for 2months and have given feedback about this. I just learned about this forum and I have to tell you I'm regretting the switch. The reward tha is promised is sent in an email that disappears?! Scam artist for sure. I can't believe a company as big AT&T would do this to people that can't afford to be messed with like that.

Contact the Reward Center directly by calling 866-706-1108. They're available from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (CST), Monday through Friday. They'll be able to assist you with tracking and claiming the reward card.
