Service outage since 11/16/23
Service has been disrupted for 6 days now and Everytime I check smart home manager app it says it will be repaired by 10am next day. It's been saying that since last Thursday it's Monday. Plus the outage area only shows about 4 streets in my neighborhood. If it was a schedule repair, why not give your customers a heads up. At least identify what actually caused outage and not leave your customers guessing.
