Seasonal hold

Let us give you more information about putting your service on hold, PaulRGreenwald.

Seasonal hold is not an option, however you can put your service on vacation hold. As long as your account meets the following requirements for a vacation hold, you'll be good to go:

• Account in good standing
• Active service for at least 30 days 
• Start date between 10 and 30 days from the day you request the hold
• Restoration of service between 60 and 270 days from the start date

Tried that number and ended up in auto-attendant (Edited per community guidelines). Got a telephone number from my community management office and was able to get it taken care of.
