Playstation not connecting to PSN.

Is anyone having issues connecting to the PlayStation Network? My wifi and connection isn't an issue, I've read through many other forums and contacted both Sony and AT&T for help, but no success on either end. I've tried Port Forwarding, Buying a new router with new Ethernet CAT 5e, Upgraded my WiFi plan from 300mbps to 1,000mbps, created a Static IP address, resetting my firmware/firewall... you name it, I've probably tried it. The strange thing is, it's not just my PSN but also my girl friends as well. we both are having the same issue at the same time. Can anyone please help???
