passwords are being invalidated after being changed four times in four days . there has been attempts from Brazil to hack this users account. users home screen after opening was an at&t screen but in another language. unfortunately this has become ongoing and support isn't much help. cache and data continuely cleared. however this doesn't seem to help. nor sure where to go with this now.
