Not Seeing HBO Max Tile Under Accounts and Cannot Active Plan

I just signed up for AT&T Internet Fiber 1000 plan this week at COSTCO which includes HBO Max. I have had a HBO Max account, that I just let expired to take advantage of this offer.

The fiber was connected today and I've gone in to my account to set up the HBO Max, but I"m not see the title under services —which the chat told me to check. I then tried signing in with my AT&T account info—another suggestion from the chat bot—but since my HBO Max account was already using the same email. I then tried signing in by selecting provider AT&T. After successful authentication with AT&T, HBO Max replies with the error, "Can’t Verify Your Subscription. It looks like your account doesn’t have access to HBO Max. If you think this is a mistake, please check with your provider." I've tried with multiple browsers and the error persists.

it was included features breakdown chart I was shown,

Then someone needs to tell the person at the Costco kiosk to throw those pamphlets & charts away.

I'm sure it's just a coincidence that they kept the sheet with the more attractive promotion long after it had expired.  Or maybe an accident.  🙄

I'm inclined to agree with you. My thought was that this was a special Costco bundle—which has happened with other services—but it wasn't. 

@dave006 & @skeeterintexas 

This was not just outdated sales pamphlets. This was classic bait-and-switch tactics and from my discussion with AT&T, they will be taking action against the representatives.

I don't have a Costco membership but I do have a Sam's card.

I'm so tempted to stop when there's a kiosk set up and just see what kind of B$ they offer.

You know these third party kiosks are out of control when AT&T sets up a special team and phone number just to deal with all the complaints like they had with Sam's Club.
