Not Seeing HBO Max Tile Under Accounts and Cannot Active Plan
I just signed up for AT&T Internet Fiber 1000 plan this week at COSTCO which includes HBO Max. I have had a HBO Max account, that I just let expired to take advantage of this offer.
The fiber was connected today and I've gone in to my account to set up the HBO Max, but I"m not see the title under services —which the chat told me to check. I then tried signing in with my AT&T account info—another suggestion from the chat bot—but since my HBO Max account was already using the same email. I then tried signing in by selecting provider AT&T. After successful authentication with AT&T, HBO Max replies with the error, "Can’t Verify Your Subscription. It looks like your account doesn’t have access to HBO Max. If you think this is a mistake, please check with your provider." I've tried with multiple browsers and the error persists.
