Not Seeing HBO Max Tile Under Accounts and Cannot Active Plan
I just signed up for AT&T Internet Fiber 1000 plan this week at COSTCO which includes HBO Max. I have had a HBO Max account, that I just let expired to take advantage of this offer.
The fiber was connected today and I've gone in to my account to set up the HBO Max, but I"m not see the title under services —which the chat told me to check. I then tried signing in with my AT&T account info—another suggestion from the chat bot—but since my HBO Max account was already using the same email. I then tried signing in by selecting provider AT&T. After successful authentication with AT&T, HBO Max replies with the error, "Can’t Verify Your Subscription. It looks like your account doesn’t have access to HBO Max. If you think this is a mistake, please check with your provider." I've tried with multiple browsers and the error persists.

HBO Max is no longer part of AT&T Fiber 1000 default services bundle. It was removed in early June of this year (2022).
The reason is that HBO Max is no longer part of an AT&T Group. It was sold to The Discovery Network. HBO Max will be bundled with Discovery+ in about June 2023 based on a public announcement last month (August 2022).
If you want HBO Max today you will need to add a standalone subscription or as part of a Bundle for various Streaming Services.
Examples: If you subscribe to HBO through Amazon Appstore, Apple, Google Play, Roku Channel Store, Samsung TV, WarnerMedia, Consolidated Communications, Liberty, North State, Optimum, Service Electric Cablevision, Verizon Fios, or Ziply Fiber, then you have access to HBO Max Ad-Free right now, at no extra cost!
In addition to the ones listed above. AT&T Wireless — HBO Max is included in the Unlimited Elite package, which is $50/mo.

Hi,
Can you please tell us, if you already have an @att.net member id for your ATT services? That seems to be the issue here. If not, create a new member id under an email format @att.net for example, you wont get that error anymore.

So, the AT&T Member ID is not the same as the AT&T User ID?

It is the same, but it must be only one for the services which provides HBO max subscriptions, cant be shares to say so...

I did see in one of the FAQ's about what to do if had a previous HBO Max account and they are the same. Unfortunately, it requires the HBO Max tile under one's account, which is not showing for mine.

If the error message is "cannot verify your subscription" the error (100000%) refers to one of these two:
1. You don't have an member id for the internet account, which provides hbo max subscription and needs to be unique or linked afterwards.
2. you don't choose sign in with a provider (which I understand you already do.)
That been said leave us only the nr 1 option.

@dave006 , that is interesting, since as recently as September 17, 2022, their account reps were selling HBO Max as feature of the Fiber 1000 plan, which is one of the reasons my family justified the price increase from our Spectrum plan.

Thanks, @dave006 , I found that reference after your other posts, but as I said, I signed up for AT&T Fiber Internet 1000 over three months after that time, and it was included features breakdown chart I was shown, and it was mentioned several times in the sales pitch as a feature of my service.
