Northlane refund card

I cannot connect online or by phone with Northlane. I was not given a pin number to use with the card. I cannot use it as a charge card or gift card either. How do I get my refund????

I received a Master Card refund card and activated it but get a "not authorized" message whenever I try to use it.  I've called the number on the back of the card but that will only allow me to check my balance.  I've tried the other "customer service" contact information on the back of the card, but no one answers, disconnects after providing card balance information or does not respond to emails, texts, etc.  I called ATT and the person I spoke with indicated refund cards were not his area of expertise, but said there was a dedicated group who could handle that and he then transferred me purportedly to that group.  When that call was answered I heard a person begin a hard sell for a medical device.  They spoke quickly and did not stop talking until they said they were ready to take my information.  I told them I was not interested in a medical device and they said then they couldn't help me and hung up.  Given I have no other way to get this resolved, I will file a complaint with the FTC  if I do not hear from ATT in the next 24 hours.

I contacted the ATT automotive agent via email and was told  someone would contact me.  Are wait times over 2 hours?

Northlane Refund Debit card will not allow me to activate card both over the phone and online as the data requested never existed for a land line

ALSO:  no Online information is readily available for

1)  request Bank transfer

or

2) request paper check

As written in the mailing

Very unprofessional, anything goes.

After over 50 years of being overcharged for mediocre service, I terminated my service with AT & T.

The final insult is instead of issuing a check I was issued a MasterCard.

I registered and activated Master Card refund and used it to make a purchase at the grocery store.

Tried to transfer the remaining funds to my checking account.

Went to Northlane website and get a "not authorized" message whenever I try to access it, wasted an hour and 15 minutes.

Called their customer service, what a joke.

Call center people hardly speak English whatever they are saying is comprehendible.  Wasted 45 minutes.

As I said earlier, I made a small purchase with the card.

Customer service tells me my card is not registered; it is not in the system, so now either are lying or incompetent.

I wasted two hours and resulting in nothing being done.
