No autopay discount applied to first bill?

I received my first bill including setup cost and payed it with auto pay. I was promised a $10 credit per line per month if I used auto pay. Why hasn't it been applied here?

Hey there @adebate54398!

 

Let's look into what could be going on with that AutoPay discount for you. We want to advise that customers must enroll and complete AutoPay and paperless billing (AP/PB) to be eligible for the discount. If you're signed on paperless billing as well then your discount will begin within 1-2 billing cycles.

Hello again, @adebate54398!

 

The discount will apply automatically to your bill after you've (1) completed sign up on both AutoPay and Paperless Billing and (2) after 1-2 bill cycles have passed.

Is the autopay discount retroactive for the first 2 billing periods that were autopaid?
