Never received sign up reward
Hello, I signed up for the internet services because there was a promo going on in my neighborhood, however I never received the reward even though it was promised when signing up. I contacted rewards and they said there was no reward. Not sure if it was just a blatant lie from AT&T or where to go to from here.

Did you sign up online and did you claim your rewards within 75 days of your installation?
A few more details might be helpful. Discounts are primarily reserved for customer that sign up online and claim their rewards in the time frame listed in the details of the specific offer.

It was a neighborhood promo that I was told I would be sent and I did check reward offers and it never said available.

So it sounds like you did not sign up online? Was it a Door to Door Sales rep and how long ago did you have your service installed?
The Rewards Center is a third-party fulfillment provider and they receive an automated notice if your account has any Rewards (Promo(s)) attached. The Online system flow does it automatically.
Have you tried calling 1-800-288-2020 and respond to the VRU prompt by saying Cancel Service. That will route your call to a Customer Loyalty rep. Personally at this point I would wait until Tuesday Jan. 3rd the first full work day after the Holiday. You don't have to cancel but the rep can review your account details for the specifics of your account and "may" be able to offer you a resolution.
