It's been almost a month, still no claim letter

It has been almost a month. It is well passed 4/02, still no claim letter. Please see my last chat communication. Still no visa rewards card.

I'm really getting tired of having you guys promising that this time you fixed it. Optimum and spectrum are still looking like potential choices. Spectrum is starting to install fiber in my county, so it's only a matter of time before people start switching. Please live up to your promises. I shouldn't have to call you out on dishonesty. I shouldn't have to keep coming back. Good grief, you could take the reward and just credit my account with what's owed to me in rewards. Why is good customer service so complicated for AT&T?

Because you were promised the reward and referred to the website or phone number, and we see the website is not offering a resolution for you.  If you could, please try calling the Rewards Center, which you can reach Monday through Friday from 9am-6pm CST at 1-800-288-9983.

Rewards center can't help me. Do you have notes in your system from Matthew about our interaction because they can't see your notes.

Loyalty center is helping me. Please do me this 1 favor. Put in a customer suggestion that ATT blanket ALL CSRs about the importance of note taking and that IT make it so all departments have access to each others notes.
