Issues signing up for ACP

Is anyone having signing up for the ACP program on AT&T?

We'd love to help you by providing additional information about the Affordable Connectivity Program, @vmlyte!

 

Let's start by making sure you are using our ACP Sign Up Page. Please let us know specifically what is happening when you try to sign up. 

 

In the meantime, make sure you meet our eligibility requirements. You may be eligible if you meet one of the following:

  • Your household income is at or below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines
  • You participate in a qualifying assistance program such as:
    • Federal Assistance Programs (Medicaid, Supplemental Security Income, Federal Public Housing Assistance)
    • Tribal Assistance Programs
    • Lifeline Benefits
    • Or if you qualify through your child or dependent

AT&T does not determine eligibilty. You will need to sign up by first going to the Federal Affordable Connectivity Website, or by calling 866-986-0963. They are open Monday through Saturday, 8am to 10pm CT.

This is what I get when I use the ACP sign up page. "

It looks like your ACP benefit is already being applied to another service or provider. You can transfer your benefit to your AT&T internet service, but you will lose your benefit with the other provider.
Ready to transfer? Call us.  855.831.4752"
When I call that number it is some sort of sales line.

Did you try the phone number that we previously provided? That should automatically send you to our ACP team, where they will be able to assist you with finding out what is happening when you try to sign up for service.

I am approved via the National Verifier, have all the information needed to complete he AT&T ACP online form, but receive an "Oops, something went wrong , Please try again later " message.  I've actually waited a month.
