Internet Still out

I live in Charlotte, NC and AT&T notified me our internet connection would be out for 4-5 hours. It's been almost 12 now. WHAT IS GOING ON???

Hi, @Suplextreatment, we understand how inconvenient a service interruption can be.

Sometimes maintenance and estimated resolution times can take longer than expected.  However, you can always check to see if you are in a confirmed outage.  If you are not, we would recommend performing some basic troubleshooting on your gateway.

 

You can fix many common internet issues by restarting your Wi-Fi gateway or All-Fi Hub. Here’s how:

  1. Unplug the power cord from the back of your gateway or hub. If you have:
  2. An internal battery backup, remove it.
  3. DSL service, unplug your telephone cord from your modem or gateway.
  4. Wait 20 seconds.
  5. Put the internal battery back in, if applicable.
  6. Plug the power cord back in. If you have DSL service, reconnect the telephone cord.
  7. Wait up to 10 minutes for the gateway or hub to restart.
