Internet speeds
I am paying for 1000 mbs but internet speed tests show download speeds of 30 mbs and upload speeds of around 50 mbs. That isnt even 10% of what I'm paying for. I'd be happy for speeds in the 300 to 400 mbs. Can't even watch directtv now cause it keeps buffering.

Sounds about right for 2.4GHz WiFi results.
Do you have any 5GHz AC WiFi capable devices to test with?
Testing over hardwired ethernet will get even faster than 5GHz AC WiFi.
