Internet bill coning $5 more for past 3 months despite informing at&t
From last 3 months we have been getting $85 bill when the monthly bill is $80. Also our Auto pay is set up. I will lodge a complain about this issue. Deeply disappointed. Have been back and forth with customer service but no result. Seeing this increase in bill even after enabling auto -pay for more than 2 months now.
