how do I submit a complaint?
I have gotten horrible technical support. Their final answer.... after an hour... is to uninstall and reinstall the app. Even though I'm having the same problem on desktop. They refuse to transfer me to higher level support. The app crashed when I tried to leave feedback after the chat. I want to talk to someone who can help me fix my issue.
