High speed from fiber wire only available across street when wire is on this side of street.
Fiber wire was run by our house a month or so ago and we speed up from 3 to 6 Mbps but the people across the street from the same wire in front of my house can get 1000 Mbps? I am on access so I could only get 10 Mbps anyway but my point is it seems like discrimination to me. I don't understand because the fiber wire is on this side of the street. The three houses past me can't even get 6 Mbps, they are limited to 1.5 Mbps, Why are we being held back from the higher speeds, Does not seem fair at all.

Is your current copper service wire coming from those same poles or the poles behind your house?
