HBO Max Login Issues with ATT Fiber
Can someone from ATT look into my account and check why I am no longer able to access HBOMAX? Technical support told me it was added for $0 without an expiration date well before the cut off earlier this year in June.
I have called several times in the past but no one I get on the phone seems to be able to fix it and just continually tell me I should have to and to log in and activate it.
This has been an issue to January of this year without any resolution.

I have tried all of that. HBO doesn't seem to recognize that I have free HBO MAX on my account. I have called and have escalations with tech support on this issue but no resolution anywhere.

AT&T has worst support. I am in same boat as you are and no resolution to be found.

Hi Aminah,
I have tried multiple login/logout. uninstall/install app on phone. Tried login from laptop, phone using the provider login. There is no issue with login but under subscription it says " Your HBO Max subscription through AT&T has expired". I have called number of times to AT&T rep and also HBO support. It seems issue lies on AT&T side but nobody knows how to fix it.

I have tried the same but I get a pop up from HBO max saying to subscribe. As if I just didn't have or ever had a subscription. My account shows me as having HBO max included with my fiber 1000.

got on call with AT&T again. As usual crated new ticket and was told that they are aware of this issue and working on it. I assume they will be able to fix it by 2025 :(
