Getting into a Fiber/DTV/Cellular bunble
Existing cellular customer. I believe I went about getting into a AT&T Fiber/DirecTV bundle the wrong way. My original intention was to bundle DTV/Fiber Internet in order to get the "$39 off Internet for Life" promotion. I signed up for AT&T Fiber (installed on 2/11/2017) alone with the intention of adding DTV 30 days later. Now I realize that I am not receiving the Fiber/DTV discount. On 2/12/2017 I signed up for DTV to remedy the situation, but Customer Service cannot "see" my Fiber account in order to investigate any bundle discounts. I am afraid to get the DTV installed because that has a 2-year contract and without the "$39 off Internet for Life" bundle discount, it does not make financial sence to switch from cable TV/Internet.
Can someone help me navigate this tricky situation I have gotten myself into?
