Fiber Reward Fraud
I signed up for AT&T Fiber as a new customer. I received an email to claim my reward. I filled out all of the information and was then told I was not eligible for an award because I did not incur an early cancellation fee from my other internet provider. This condition is not listed anywhere in AT&T disclosures that induced me to sign up for Fiber. I have now been on hold with the reward center for two hours. I am reporting this to the Louisiana Attorney General and to the FTC by close of business this Friday if I do not hear from AT&T.
