Fiber 100 to 300

I recently read somewhere that AT&T was discontinuing their Fiber 100. Supposedly the 100 customers such as myself would be upgraded to 300 and the 300 customers would upgrade to 500. I think this was supposed to take place this month sometime. Anyone heard of this or am I dreaming? If so is their any time frame on when?
