Device $10 fee
Hello @attcares
I was told if I had returned the previous home owner box when i called into to setup my internet, I would not be charged the monthly $10 fee. I am still getting charged under the 1 Gig. Please assist me.

Sorry you were told that but no such credit exists.
Returning a gateway used on another account does not effect your account in any way.
