Deceitful or Negligent. An ATT Customer Experience.
I've just recently joined ATT within the past few weeks, and my very first billing cycle had just concluded. An incentive that was promoted which had led me to make the switch to ATT was the rewards that specified if new customers provide their final billing statement, ATT would reimburse us the cost of the termination fee. I've provided this documentation and even sent them by email to maketheswitch email which had been provided to me by customer support. I have not received confirmation, neither notification of my rewards. I truly am upset and will seek other options if I am not awarded benefits as offered upon initial sign up.
