Deceitful or Negligent. An ATT Customer Experience.

I've just recently joined ATT within the past few weeks, and my very first billing cycle had just concluded. An incentive that was promoted which had led me to make the switch to ATT was the rewards that specified if new customers provide their final billing statement, ATT would reimburse us the cost of the termination fee. I've provided this documentation and even sent them by email to maketheswitch email which had been provided to me by customer support. I have not received confirmation, neither notification of my rewards. I truly am upset and will seek other options if I am not awarded benefits as offered upon initial sign up.

The early termination reimbursement had nothing to do with cell phones. No provider has contracts any more hence no early termination fees  and they certainly won’t pay off your past due bills or phone payments.

The promotion for new customers at the time I signed up stated customers would receive rewards benefit equivalent to the termination fee of previous provider. I never said anything about cell phone service. I have Internet Fiber service.

We'd be happy to help you with your early termination reward, LawMan316.

 

It can take up to 30 days from the day of service activation for your account’s eligibility to be verified. Verified customers should receive a notification email, from there you should be able to track your reward by visiting the reward center.

 

If, 6 weeks have passed since service installation/activation and the reward isn't in Reward Center you can call them at  800-288-9983 between the hours of 9AM and 6PM.
