Constant Lag while Gaming with AT&T Fiber?
Hi guys!
I have been having an issue with constant ping spiking while playing video games, but not really noticing it anywhere else.
I have just gotten AT&T Fiber, the modem is connected to two Ruckus wireless boxes that were wired into the ceiling of our new home. I do not have the ability to hard wire.
I have no other devices on the network other than our Amazon Echos and still experience 200ms+ ping spikes every 30-60 seconds while in games such as League of Legends or Fortnite.
I disabled the IPV6 on the modem, since I read that this did help other people with my same issue, and before I did this my ping spikes were 600ms+ and now it is down to 200, but realistically does not make too much of a difference.
I am not well-versed with network diagnostics, or network jargon in general, so please try to dumb it down as much as possible for me if you could!
Thank you so much!

I have done that and it also made a very minimal difference. I notice it’s little less often, but still not much a fix.
