Can't play Consoles online (PS, XBox)
Since I got home from work this morning (roughly 11am) I have been unable to play my Gaming Consoles Online. My internet is fully functional with the exception of playing games on my consoles. My PC has Zero issues, I can play online. This is only effecting my Playstation and my Brothers XBox. I talked to my neighbor that I game with and he's having the same issues. Can't play his Playstation online either (we can connect online and use Party Chat, we just can't play anything. No games, no Netflix (or other media apps)). I've done a factory reset on my router, rebooted all devices, used the att online help (found no problems, when there obviously is). Everything was working just fine last night. Anyone able to help???

@ATTHelp There are multiple people in the same geographical area having connection issues that started at around the same time with traffic other than simple port 80/443 http. It’s got to be on your end.

Ok so a tech is scheduled to come out Tuesday afternoon. =/
72hrs from now....
Ran a traceroute to www.epicgames.com and it keeps hanging up from jump 4 to 5. Never reaching its destination.
Anyone else in the Hurst/NRH area wanna run a traceroute? I'm curious if you'll hang up at the same location.

@ATTHelp A new router/modem is being sent to me tomorrow and I will update after installing to see if anything changes. In the meantime, I am seeing the exact same issue as @Rizzorian.

@ATTHelp Seeing issues outside of just fortnite/other games (my son has had problems with epicgames though)-- also in Ftw tx area (Weatherford) and hang at the same IP during a tracert as @Rizzorian and @jsmoorman :

@peybrous That's good to know. When I talked with the ATT rep earlier today, they couldn't even see my device (hence the reason they sent the new one..)

@peybrous Hopefully that will fix our issues then. We shall see. my current Software version is 3.20.5, not sure when it updated to that though.

@peybrous If I were a betting man I'd pluck down stacks of $100 bills on the table saying that's total 🐂💩. Routing issues, if that's what this is, don't get fixed in FW or by a replacement gateway.
For those of you doing traceroutes, it's more beneficial to find the server name/IP that homes the game(s) you're trying to reach.

Yep kinda the same thing I was seeing. When I get home I’ll run a trace route to the server as you guys and I bet I get the same thing. IThis can’t be a gateway or router issue for all of us.
