Cannot activate HBOMax even though it is included with my Internet 1000
I cannot activate HBOMax even though it is included with my Internet 1000. I have been using internet 1000 with HBO max for a few years. Last week, the HBOMax site shows that my subscription has expired even though MyAT&T shows an active subscription. I checked with AT&T Billing, and my HBOMax is still active.
On MyA&T tile, clicking "ADD HBO MAX" doesn't do anything. On HBOMax site, I get into the endless loop of signing with provider. I think something is messed up with the 2 systems (ATT and HBOMax).

Customer service chat (after an hour and a half and several escalations) told me that AT&T has disabled that service. No longer available. Not cool, AT&T. Not cool at all.

Check out the article here.
Could you have fallen into the issue where you didn't log into HBO Max around that time frame?

tonydi, thank you for your response, but this was working a couple of weeks ago so I was definitely using HBOmax during that timeframe. I think something was reset on AT&T side and now I am stuck.
Apparently, this happened to other folks as well.

Ok, that's good, then it doesn't sound like you would have been cancelled.
Have you logged into your AT&T account at att.com and looked at the HBOMax section to see what it says. Mine actually has a button to "Start Watching Now", even though mine works fine. I'm not about to click that button but since you're already dead in the water......😁
Finally, HBOMax has a pretty detailed FAQ, maybe something in there will make it magically reappear?

tonydi, thanks! There is a tile in my account page. When I click on ADD HBO MAX nothing happens. There is definitely an error with the tile on the website.
I wonder if someone from AT&T look at this bug.

Yes, @cchiu, when I click on the tile, I get no response, as well.

This is exactly why I try to discourage "me too" comments in someone else's post. All too often ATTHelp gets sidetracked by the new comment and forgets to address the OP's issue.
Normally that's not a disaster as the private "help" ends up not being more than a rehash of what is publicly available and has proven not to help. But in this instance it's possible that ATTHelp can actually do some good.
Since the @ page apparently doesn't actually notify them like it does for regular foru members, we'll just have to see if they pick up your request or not.

tonydi, you're absolutely right! Being new to this forum, I was thinking that ATTHelp was going to help me. I spent a few minutes looking for the DM on the "upper right portion of the page".
