ATT Technician Breaks My Fiber Connection While Connecting Another Customer
There was just an ATT tech in my backyard, and now my internet is down. I have a red alarm on my fiber wall box. ATT have said now I have to wait for a technician to come back tomorrow to fix my internet, after they themselves broke it. I'm working from home, so now I can't work for 24 hours. Pathetic.
