AT&T gift card offer.
I feel so violated, lied to and overall disgusted over how AT&T is treating their customers.
A few months back I signed up with a promotion o0f a $300 gift card, I did this over the phone with AT&T directly, not a 3rd party. The promotion was a gift card. I was told it would take a few months to receive it.
I won't go into the details of it all, hours on the phone with every department that gave me a different story or answer.
Now they say that the gift card was not a promotion at the time I signed up.
Listed to your recording AT&T, It was and I have proof, call recording can work both ways.
Needless to say, they are not honoring the promotion. Reading all the other complaints online and here I am not the only one.
AT&T, you need to do the right thing, honor your part of the agreement. My bill seems to get to me just fine but you had the wrong address for my promotional gift card, how???

Thanks for reaching out on this. Have you already put in for the Reward Card at the AT&T Rewards Center? If you have, you'll need to call the Rewards Center for assistance at 800.288.9983. They're available weekdays from 7am to 7pm weekdays.
