AT&T agent promised reward card at time of signing up, now they won't provide it saying that they "can't pull up promo code"
I have a chat transcript proof at the time of signing up for AT&T fiber showing that they promised a rewards card. It was sent out partially only after I made a call, and now rewards center and customer service are both telling me they cannot pull up the promo code for the rest of the reward that was promised and there's nothing can be done because they both cannot access the chat trasncript to see if I really was offered a rewards card. Ridiculous. Was on the phone for over an hour just to be bounced around both departments referring to each other endlessly. What a fraudulent and unorganized business.
