Poor cellular reception in my home

My family all have at&t cell phones.  For the past couple of weeks, all the family members with iphones have terrible reception in the house.  The ones with flip phones did not notice a change.  Does anyone have any recommendations?

thanks,
Monica

Are the iPhones set up with WiFi Calling turned on? (go into your settings and check) . WiFi Calling routes calls and txt over a wifi connection if the tower signal is poor enough. The flip phones probably do not have wifi calling capability and if the iphones have that on something may have happened to degrade your in-home wifi which would cause poor phone calls if wifi calling is turned on .

Have you recently updated the iPhones and which models of iPhones do you have. As mentioned, WiFi-C (WiFi Calling) is the way to go to improve poor in-home coverage. Also, are your iPhones 5G capable and if so, are they set to 5G (5G Auto or 5G On)? If that's the case, I'd set them to LTE and see if that improves the cellular connection.

Can confirm. Unless you have absolutely bulletproof "5G" service, swapping back to Wifi-C and/or 4G-LTE will vastly improve quality of service.
