Offer of free AT&T Cell Booster by going to: att.com/AcceptMyDevice NOT WORKING
Hello,
I have a microcell to boost my signal. As 3G is going away, AT&T says to go to att.com/AcceptMyDevice to accept a free AT&T Cell Booster as supplies last. I've been trying to access the site for days from my phone and my laptop and it doesn't work. Recently sent a message to AT&T requesting assistance. Has anyone had the same issue or has anyone out there been able to access the site successfully?

Hello GoodnessNoName, let's get you pointed in the right direction to request the AT&T Cell Booster.
Try these steps, they have been working for others.
Let us know if this works, and thank you for reaching out to the AT&T Community Forums.

@Forum8855 If you're having issues with the website link, try these, they have worked for some but not all:
1. Disable WiFi and try the link thru cellular only.
2. Cut/paste the link in a Private browser window.
3. Try a different browser after clearing cache/cookies.
AT&T IT is having all kinds of issues right now, from the link not working, to some being unable to access their Cell Booster via the mobile app, to not being able to make calls with all lights a solid white, etc. I have made a list and submitted it to AT&T so we'll see what happens. As I've mentioned, this was not ready for prime time but with 3G being shutdown (today), trying to get the new Cell Boosters out to existing MicroCell customers, moving servers, accounts, updating the service areas ad naseum it was more than they anticipated. Not really an excuse for a company such as AT&T but it is what it is. I'm hopeful that after this week with 3G going away it will get better.

I am experiencing the same thing. Extremely frustrating. Tried all their (AT&T) recommendations, delete history…, the website goes into a loop and never stops.

@bgrig1213 Try turning off WiFi and accessing the link only via cellular. That has worked for some. Deleting history on your browser is not the same as deleting cache/cookies.

@OttoPylot @Thanks.
I actually got in this morning (10:00am est) by doing exactly what you suggested above.
I accepted the device, but as of right now I have not received the confirmation email from AT&T.
Just have to wait at this point
Thanks for your response.

@bgrig1213 After I successfully registered, I only got the confirmation in the registration success page that pops up as the last step in registering. All was quiet for about 4 days until I got an e-mail that stated that the "Booster" shipped and gave me a UPS tracking number.
It was here 3 days after that. So silence is the norm until you get that shipping notice and tracking #. Hopefully it all goes right for you and you're going to be up and running fast. :)
