Well simply deleting and readding my number in the microcell account 3xs seemed to solve the problem. It now shows up. Thanks for the help.

An old MicroCell..... where did you buy it? It could be broken. If the power, ethernet, GPS, and 3G light are solid green, then you should have connectivity to the AT&T Mobility servers. I would try a hard reset of the MicroCell and once the lights are solid green again, reboot your phone.

Hard reset: disable the power to the MicroCell. Put a paperclip into the reset hole on the back and press the button in. Re-establish power and keep holding in the reset button for about 30 seconds and then release. That forces the MicroCell back to its default state and it will go thru the Initial Activation process again (see the Guide, link in my sig). If that still doesn't work, then we'll look at your setup.

Thanks for the responses. The reason i didnt post further, is I was waiting for another phone to try. I have fantastic service on an iphone 4s, but have no service on my moto g.

So my guess is the microcell is fine, its something with my phone settings. This gives me more things to try with my phone. Off to the races.

Thanks again.

It sounds like it's probably something to do with the way the Moto searches and locks onto the MicroCell signal. The output signal is not device dependent. If you have any further issues we're always here to help.
