Cell tower strobe light on 24/7
We have a cell tower with the white strobe which is stuck on at night. Unable to sleep with flashing light. Who do we contact to get this fixed. AT&T Tower number WPVV299

I think flashing lights atop towers exceeding certain heights are required by the federal gov't.
Regardless this is the cell booster sub forum, nothing to do with towers so it may be better served in another area of the forum.
FYI, WPVV299 is not a tower number, that is a station operator call sign, there are many towers associated with that call sign.

As mentioned, lights on top of cellular towers are required by the FCC to be visible for aircraft and emergency reasons. Nothing can really be done. You might try contacting the FCC to see what they have to say.

Yes you're indeed very correct on that. Any tower and structure above a certain height are required by FCC and FAA t be illuminated and strobed. This includes even flag towers and buildings over a certain height even when privately owned.
Can't deal with it? Light/daylight blocking curtains are just about all one can hope to do to keep their personal sanity.
