App not working

I have a problem viewing my system thru app.  I can log in for just a second and the app will close right away.  Uninstall and re install app still doing the same.  Talk to 6 different agent and they can’t resolve the problem.  Please help.  Thank you.

Have you checked to ensure the operating system on your device is updated?  Also, around the time you noticed the app starting to crash, do you recall installing any new apps or updates around this time?

@PaigeD716   Hello. My apologies for the issue that you are having. Would you please define for me a little more about it not working... are you not able to log in, is the app not launching? Also, if you would please respond with your account number or address, i would be happy to have someone take a look on the back end to see if they can resolve remotely for you. @PaigeD716  Hello again. This is for AT&T Digital Life correct and not another AT&T app? Is it a blank screen? if you would please respond with your account number or address, i would be happy to have someone take a look on the back end to see if they can resolve remotely for you. @PaigeD716   No. The address isn't there , just "my address is" and that is all. When you log in, does it just go to a blank screen? Any information that you can provide would help for me to identify the issue and resolve it. Thank you

@PaigeD716   Okay so this is for the AT&T app for phones or for home security and automation? I am not sure why your address isn't showing up.
