I have both and FCC and BBB complaints in process with AT&T right now.
I am learning that the FCC complaint seems to get more attention than the BBB one. Perhaps because the BBB is a private entity while the FCC is the government agency that oversees companies like AT&T.
My suggestion would be to file an FCC complaint, but make sure you know your facts and have documentation of your position (e.g. copies of promotion materials, written documentation of communications with AT&T, etc.). Facts, not feelings, will determine what happens.
@Samen123 From your other posts, I presume you are not in the US. Consequently, neither an FCC nor BBB complaint may work out for you. I’m not sure how willing corporate will be to contact a non customer who is abroad.

🤦🏼♀️
Complaint
You file a complaint against at&t. It's a form you fill out with on or the other alphabet agency. They get a copy of the complaint, and call you.
Since the bot redacted words, you probably wrote l a w s u I t. Not what it is.

If you aren't an AT&T customer or former customer, they won't help you, and don't have to
